This guy Cory knows his stuff, he even talked me down on a price simply because he thought I was spending too much on a 5 year old. He has my business from now on.

Katy Annette was nice and informative, she went out of her way to insure all was completed. This has not been the case before other employees. The professionalism she has shown was wonderful and should be what everyone strives for in your offices.

Will never go to any other Verizon store.Only this one. They spent all the time needed to set up and explain my phone to me. I'm extremely grateful for their patience. Thank you.

Updating 6/12/20: Here we go again. First thing this morning i get a call from a unsolicited call, gentleman claimed to be my "Account Manager". And offered me a minute long voicemail on calling them to upgrade, look at new offers, etc. Unfortunately for Cellular Sales, they gave the direct store number thinking I couldn't just Google the location. Cellular Sales has a history of this. They get their new and training employees to pose as Account Managers and Promotion Managers to call you and get you in the store. It's cold calling, basic upsell 101. Its also a scam and dont let them tell you otherwise. Still got little to no response on the last problem i had with Cellular Sales involving a 'free tablet's in which the tablet sure is free, but they don't tell you about the new line they open on your account and get credit for. Stop believing these cold call sales scams and just go to the real Verizon store in Johnson City if you have a problem. These stores are just licensed franchises with Verizon to sale phones and accessories the same as McDonald's sells burgers. If you need real help on your account, they just want to sell and upgrade you, not solve a technical or account issue Store sent a text message claiming I was due a free tablet from their "promotions manager". Long story short, there is no promotions manager, its just new hires doing a training, except they aren't telling anyone that part. I have recieved 3 messages since from different people all claiming to be the same manager.
