Wanted to open a new account and my teller, Dinah, was an absolute angel! She happily assisted with any questions I had and made me feel secure in my decisions. First Horizon has a keeper with this one! Thank you Dinah!

If 100 negative stars was possible I would give it them. These guys messed up my accounts every week. Got an attitude when I asked them to fix it. So I closed out my account. They then refused to give me my money or any paperwork on the money they had. When I told them I'd back with my lawyer. They called the police and told them I was there harassing and threatening them. (Simply asking for my money) After the police got there and realized I was no threat they had to hand my money. Where I then videoed the cashier running my money though the machine and take multiple 100 bills, pull theoutand tuck them under the machine. Point blank trying to steal money from me and the bank. This matter has now been turned over to the FBI, I will update the outcome.

Charging fees to cash checks, poor business model. Everyone there is always very rude also. I dont recommend anyone use this bank.

If I could leave no stars, I would!!!! I have been banking with first horizon for several years and I am about to be closing my account. I unfortunately have no choice but to use this location, due to working and bank hours, to cash my paycheck. The lady at the drive thru is always extremely rude, and after I called the location to let them know they never deposited my paycheck this week, Keely, who answered the phone, decided she should just hang up on me. Absolutely terrible customer service. I would love to receive contact with a branch manager, when I asked Keely for one she informed me that they were on vacation.
