Take your business elsewhere. My husband and I have been SunTrust customers for a very long time for personal and business. We started our retirement in January and are traveling America. Our debit card got damaged and we needed a new one. We stopped into the pigeon forge SunTrust for help. What a mistake. Without going through the tedious details, the staff at this location were so rude and obnoxious that we almost closed our account on the spot. It took over one hour to get a chexk cashed and get a new debit card ordered. When the card came in, no one even called us. We paid $25.00 to get it as we we're very clear we were only in town for a week. After calling, getting voice mail, no return calls we finally kept hitting buttons to get someone. Then picking it up was a challenge. Just rude throughout the entire transaction. Not sure how they stay in business. We will probably close our accounts when we get home. Sooooooooo rude. Sooooooooo condescending. Sooooooooo uncalled for.
