This is a very bad and manipulative shed company. They arent good people. Please stay away from them. The reviews made by the other people are correct. Very bad company. YUCKY, YUCKY AND YUCKY.

This company is a ripoff. The customer service is horrible. I have never been late nor had to put off a payment. Customer service reps are obnoxious. No matter how many times I ask for a payoff amount, its constantly changed. I believe I have been severely overcharged! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Sheds are great quality! I did a rent to own on a shed pay off amount was $6,000. I have paid over $4,000. I became pregnant this past year and had to leave work a few months early and became 2 months behind on my payments. No assistance or payment plan offered. Shed was picked up from my property. Very disheartening, knowing I pretty much paid off the shed already, not missing a payment in 2 years and I get down on my luck and no remorse is shown. Would not recommend doing a rent to own from this individual company. If you have the cash to purchase that is the best route to go!

WARNING!!!....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, OR YOU WILL BE ROBBED!! IMMORAL AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! Bought a 13000 dollar building, ended up paying well over $20,000.00, and had some confusion on how much THE LAST PAYMENT WAS AFTER 5 YEARS, and they send a letter from their "lawyer" stating they were going to come get the building!!! They're uneducated crooked hillbillies and WILL SCREW YOU OVER FIRST CHANCE THE GET!!! over $20,000.00 in due to their immoral business practices and they threaten to take back the building with ONE PAYMENT LEFT!!!???? THEY'RE INSANE!! If you buy from them, you'd better invoke your second amendment rights!!!
