        The first thing I would say is the work that did get done on my gold chain was great. The part this business lacked was customer service. I had an additional spot on my necklace that I needed to get repaired that I'm assuming was an honest mistake, or the person that wrote down what needed to be done messed up. After I brought the necklace back in to show the spot that didn't get fixed, I was put out to be a lier and "there was no way that he wouldn't have done it". I got told I would have to wait another 14 days before it would be fixed again. I decided to just go back in and get my necklace a few hours later from being irritated. Now a days, pricing is pretty similar. What separates business is customer service and that customer service was not at ALL what I was expecting or looking for.
