I just recently switched to this clinic and I am so so happy I did! The reception staff is so kind over the phone and are so great at working with you and your schedule. The online system is also straightforward and easy to use! My cat recently has been sick and I accidentally scheduled an appointment for a day I wasn't available, they were so great at offering me options for day of appointments. They also called me back with the option of dropping her off to be seen to get her medical attention asap. The techs are awesome and are very straightforward with options and pricing upfront which is something I have not experienced else were. I have only seen Dr. Fields so I can only speak on her behalf but I felt heard and understood when I brought in my concerns!! They did not automatically prescribe her with a bunch of meds and wanted to try more holistic things before things that were more invasive and intense!! I have only had one official appointment there and absolutely love it!! I will recommend this clinic to anyone with a pet! They genuinely care about you and your pets!!
