Rodrigo was so easy to work with. He explained everything very well, gave me options for what it would take to fix my AC unit, was extremely kind and professional. I will call Rodrigo anytime I need HVAC work!

APR 2024. Curtis arrived early after coordination with us and that was a positive. He performed the Spring systems test and tune up. He reset a malfunctioning UV light and installed a humidifier system filter that needed replacement. This work was included at no extra charge. He did a great job explaining all that he was doing and the preventive work (cleaning drains, coils etc.) He was very professional and pleasant. We are very happy with his work and he represented Dale's HVAC in fine fashion. MAR 2O23. Another professional and efficient service call by Said S. He fixes small issues to prevent big issues from developing. He knows his stuff and he has a very good " bedside manner". Our HVAC systems are in fine shape because of the care given by the Dale's team. FEB 2021: Eric came out to correct some maintenance issues with two of our systems. He was all over it. He knew exactly what was needed and very quickly got our systems back up to 100%. Given our service contract, all we were charged was for the parts. Happy ending and the level of service we historically enjoy from Dale's team. Aaron came out to do our season check on all three systems and the accessories. He performed as all of Dale's technicians, very well. We are satisfied that we are ready to go for the changing season with no concerns that we will have an efficient HVAC system. Great customer service and added peace of mind. (23 Sep '20) Derrick was here today to do a systems check as part of Dale's follow up on new systems. Derrick is extremely knowledgeable and he answered all my questions. Additionally he gave me good advice on all my systems (3) and mapped out a plan for trouble free future. I have complete confidence in Derrick's expert advice and as always I really appreciate Dale's team and their customer service. (Previous post) We have always have had very good service from Dale and his team. Today Eric did a courtesy check on a new system. He also did a check on a system that had been previously installed. He fine tuned the old system as he found a few minor fixes and he resolved an issue with the new system. He responded to the issue that I had but he also diagnosed and resolved problems that I did not know I had. That is the way a pro does his work. He was very polite and friendly but more importantly, he really knows his business. He clearly is the consummate professional and he has my HVAC system working at peak performance.
