        We were told during hours that we needed to go somewhere else like Oakridge or something (their words) because their doctor left for the day and there would be nobody to see my husband.

        My son was unable to get his shots again today because they only had them available for people with TNCare. We were told to give them two weeks and reschedule. That's exactly what we did. When we checked in for the appointment we were told they still did not have shots available for anyone with private healthcare. The receptionist told us we would need to take him to the Health Clinic to get his shots. NO Thank you!! I do not recommend unless you receive government funded healthcare.

        Stopped in to gather information. Receptionist was unable or unwilling to answer simple questions about the doctor's qualifications or the basic fee for a physical checkup.
