Coal Creek Apartments

I lived there in 1991, I believe they were named Seven Spring apartments then. They were nice apartments at that time.

Now known as Coal Creek Apartment Homes, its quiet for the most part except when people come outside at 12:30am-2am screaming and throwing tantrums on the ground. The property manager is NEVER on the grounds unless she's renting an apartment, she never answers her calls or texts. The 2bd are horribly hot upstairs. Maintenance is great unfortunately they are short staffed and when something goes wrong in your place the owners and upper management WONT buy you new appliances. Moved out after 2 months and would never return.
