Total RIP OFF! $5 dollar part, 3 mins to fix, total: $136.00! He charged a full hour of labor and a service fee. They were here and gone in less than 20 mins. Mind you, their office is less than 5 miles from my home. I’m as local as they come. They seen that my husband was not home and thought heeeey, let’s take advantage of this lady. CALL SOMEONE ELSE!

I called Tatum's at the recommendation of a friend and I'm very glad I did! I called yesterday afternoon and they were able to come out today! The problem (a leaky old connection involving an ice maker line) was solved with new parts in short order and they even took the time to walk me through how to shut off the water to the house (in case I had different issues in the future). And the price was VERY reasonable! Definitely recommended!
