Check in receptionist nice, intake to 1st room nurse didn't seem happy or friendly, audiologist very nice, Dr. Brushed me off like a crumb from his shirt. I think Dr.s forget that we as patients are their employers not the other way around. If you've been in practice as long as he has you would think he would have some tact and know that a patient knows how they are feeling and is not making it up. 10 minutes of not hearing what I said and then out of the room of he goes. Did not check my nose or throat. You would think that would be the protocal for an ENT. No thank you, nice meeting you is there anything else you feel Im missing etc. ?Check out rude and I didn't appreciate being treated like I didn't matter. No thank you, take care or we'll be in touch. I was referred to this Dr by my GP in good faith. I went after struggling for months and my GP insisting I go. Waste of my time off work, money out of my pocket as well as my husband's.

Dr. Sewell and his entire staff is the absolutely Best!! Dr. Sewell took my tonsils out in 2006 and I get allergy testing and shots now. Love them and Extremely Knowledgeable.

Horrible ENT. Missed the issue with my mother and once another doctor diagnosed the issue, he wanted charge her for another visit for what should have been done on the original visit. Save your money go elsewhere.
