Covington Credit

Wasted 4 hours of my day, I am a REPEAT customer since 2017 having 7 previous loans and ALL were paid early and on time. Just paid a loan off with them a month ago as well. This has always been a place to go to for a little extra spending cash when needed but not anymore, was treated rudely by manager Jessica who was condescending and I was put through the ringer after they called me saying I could borrow anytime. Got to branch for loan then made me drive 30 minutes back home to get 2 years of tax returns like I'm buying a house, then all my taxes gone through and made a mess out of them and critiqued with the insinuation I'm a bum and wouldn't give me a loan with a 700+ credit score and nothing ever late in my history ever, plus 7 loans with them paid off on time or early, never late not once on anything!! But they call me by phone constantly saying you have money here if you ever want to borrow some. I hope someone fixes there issues, they will lose the customers that keep them in business like this. I've bought cars and trucks for our business and have never been put through so much as if buying a house.
