New to Nashville and this is the best luxury consignment store I have ever been to and yes, before I decided to leave a post...I visited 3 others here in Nashville (the label, designer finds & renaissance). From the inventory, to the customer service, the fitting rooms, etc....A++++. I look forward to seeing you all often and supporting such a great local gem!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. For years, I loved FLIP's handbag selection as the prices were great! About a year ago, I noticed that they had posted what appeared to be a Louis Vuitton Kirigami Pochette collection -- a set of 3 little pochettes that retails brand new for $715 -- listed separately, adding up to well over $1k. I was shocked and assumed it must have been an innocent mistake, but when I commented on the Instagram post I was immediately blocked. I then messaged from my bf's account asking for clarification on why (as a loyal shopper) I had been blocked for asking a genuine question. SO first issue: they scam people out of their hard-earned money and block loyal shoppers when asked about it.
This March, my then bf/now fiancé and I decided to give them one more chance. We went to purchase a pair of gold Jimmy Choo heels -- I called ahead to confirm they were at the store before heading over. Upon arriving, I decided they were the perfect pair! There was one girl who was helpful and sweet, so I asked if she would mind holding the shoes at the register for me while I look around; I assured her I was 100% buying the shoes -- they were the only pair that matched my wedding dress that I had been able to find -- but that I was also interested in a pair of VINCE slides and wanted to walk around in them to make sure the fit was good. Fit was great, so we headed to the register to purchase. My fiancé tells me he's buying so I walk to the case of purses and am just killing time looking around, when I hear my fiancé repeat the total after being handed back his change.
Turns out, they sold the same pair of shoes online that we drove an hour to purchase AFTER I said I was buying them...then did not bother saying anything until we made an $80 non-refundable purchase. So disappointed in this store, but even more disappointed that we gave them a second chance!! Extremely annoyed to be out $80 and still at square 1 for wedding shoes.

I accidentally gave them the wrong items to consign. The tote that I brung in was mixed up with another tote that I left in my vehicle. Immediately after I realized my mistake and called to notify them, I was told they could not give me items back and let me replace them with the correct items. My items were still under review and were not even counted as inventory yet. The items that I wanted back are special to me and were given to me by a deceased family member. I understand that I made a mistake but they could have given me the chance to correct the transaction. This company lacks compassion and is very greedy. I will be seeking legal action.
