Budget Blinds of Mount Juliet

We love Scott!!! He was very helpful and knowledgable. We ended up going with plantation shutters which were more expensive, but they are well worth it. We also didn't feel like we were being pushed into an upsell or anything. He measured every single window so all of the shutters fit perfectly. The only thing was the lead time on the installation, but I know that is out of their control, and they actually ended up coming in way before the quoted time. The installer also did a great job and was very friendly as well.

Enjoyed the pre-sale process. That was 5 star. Installation was on time but 2 of our shutters were mis-drilled and left. 2 holes left gaping open. I have called 2 more times and have had zero communication. Buyer beware.
