Scrub Hub of Donelson

I am a size medium in bottoms and I grabbed a medium in two different brands but they didn’t fit the same. When I went to return them they told me no returns.

Don't shop here. I have bought here a number of times with no issues. The last time I bought scrubs, I took home to try on because I trusted the tag to be the correct size. When I tried on, the pants were not the right size. So both tags were incorrect on size. I pulled off the tag already. I still had receipt and tag when I went to return. They wouldn't take it back because tag was off. This is a silly policy. I had receipt and name on file. I won't be shopping here again.

Today I drove for more than 1 hour to my favorite store but never again will I ever step in there. I arrived 5:45 & the gettleman at the counter welcomed me & was ready to help. I grabbed what I needed but the pants didn’t fit. The lady in the store came & told me they close at 6 o'clock so I should be ready to leave . I went to try the pants & she rudely told me, The dressing rooms are closed. We are closed. You can’t try. We’re leaving!”. I just left everything I had selected & left the store without saying a word. The gentleman wished me a good night but I couldn’t even answer. That was 6:03pm & it marks my last time in the store. No customer should be treated the way I was treated. Courtesy is a virtue she couldn’t afford.

Instantly upon walking in, I was greeted in the most friendly manner possible and received the upmost help and attention in finding the items that I needed. They were so personable and professional! During this time, it’s stores like these that aid the healthcare industry by staying open and being friendly so that the attitudes and spirits are kept up! I had the day off when I went to get more scrubs from them, but after visiting this store, their attitudes made me feel recharged to go back to work.
