DO NOT WORK HERE! My girlfriend and a bunch of others just got laid off due to over-hiring. We literally cancelled out vacation so she could have this opportunity. A lot of things were missed because of this company. Not organized at all. Don't even know how you over hire people. This really is a messed up thing to do. She even left another job she loved just to work from home. Very upset with this company.

If you're prone to getting sick for days at a time - do not take this job. If you have a life outside of work - do not take this job. I got into trouble for talking while on a task while working from home, even though, it had nothing to do with the cases. And I was one of the higher ranking workers though, I didn't have any of the assisting bots that everyone else had. They don't physically tell you what all is required and they are so micromanaging it's ridiculous. Like you won't even know you're doing something wrong, then bam! You're sent back to the office.

Stable job but the micro-management is ridiculous! While working from home I was granted to listen to music while working task(which we could do onsite-but with headphones). While working from home you wouldnt think you would need to continue wearing headphones THINK AGAIN was told I needed to turn down my music AND to censor the music while working. Ridiculous!! Could not take the constant over stepping for $15.50/hr. If my quality has not changed since working remotely, how is the music effecting my work to need to be controlled by management? Management definitely needs to come back to planet earth.

Let me start by saying I now understand why if you contact family support the customer service reps dont know anything simply because they are not trained at all!!! This company contractS for state Medicaid insurance and by far is theeee worst company ever!!!!! Nobody knows anything in this company and everyone in management LIES ABOUT PAY RATE & job responsibilities!!! I dont think any government agency should contract out with them as they will give the government a bad rep

I will say this is honestly the best place I have been employed by. Yes people get stressed but the amount of support you have from here and the benefits that you get is honestly amazing. I have I believe the best supervisor and team lead anyone could ask for!
