So apparently I can't park my truck on there property in Clarksville TN off cunningham lane because apparently it's a problem for 18 wheelers to park there! But it's okay if homeless people sleep in front of those businesses in that big parking lot and for teenagers blast there loud music in that area at night which has been happening for years! If I cant park there then you guys better be enforcing the law to four wheelers as well leaving there broke down cars in that parking lot and also kids and young adults blasting there loud music at night in that area as well. Oh yeah don't ever call my company I work for and say I was being rude and disrespectful when your employee Jodi was being rude towards me. Y'all are in nashville when does nashville have authority what happens in Clarksville TN parking lot ?

This company is very unprofessional. I had seen the poor reviews prior to my first interview and hoped it was a fluke. And on that aspect, I am partly to blame for my dismal experience. They had invited me to interview on three separate occasions over the course of two months. I have been nothing but accommodating to their needs. The feedback I received was positive for the first two. After the final interview, nothing was heard from them for two weeks. After I had emailed for the third time, had they delivered the news that they are reposting the position but requiring more credentials. The employees I’ve met there were kind and courteous. The family (owners), on the otherhand, were unprofessional, disorganized, and quite arrogant. If you wish to work for a company that has basic respect, steer clear of Grace Development.

I live in the Louise Avenue Apartments, one of the Grace Development properties, and I have tremendously enjoyed my experiences while living here. The location is great, and the building is in great condition due to recent renovations in 2016. There are laundry machines on site and secure access to the building. I am a minute’s walk from restaurants, shops, and entertainment. I also feel safe knowing that my building is located within walking distance to three separate hospitals. I also appreciate Mr. Grace (the property owner) and his attention to the needs of his tenants. Once, I had a problem getting in touch with the residential leasing agent about a fire alarm in the hallway that had been beeping loudly for a week. However, once Mr. Grace heard about my frustration with the problem, he contacted me personally to apologize for my frustration, and the problem was fixed within the day. This experience with Mr. Grace was very professional and showed that he really does value the experience of his tenants.
