Cvs Caremark Corporation

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Because of my insurance I had to go through them. I called them every day for 2 weeks trying to get my prescription. Every time I called they gave me a different excuse of why they couldn't ship my medicine. The 1st time I called they told me I would recieve my medicine in 2 days. Called them back when I didn't receive it. I was told the brand name was on back order and they were waiting for my doctor's office to okay the generic. My doctor's office had already called me to let me know that they approved the generic on Tuesday. Caremark told me I would receive the medication on Wednesday. Called back Wed when I didn't receive it. Was told by caremark the order was cancelled. Their reason was they were waiting for the doctor to approve the generic. Advised them that my doctor had already done that. Was told I would get the prescription Thurs. Never came. Called back Fri told them I needed my prescription because I was supposed to start my shots on Friday. Sat on hold for 30 mins and had to hang up and go back into work. Called Monday. This time they told me that my insurance would not cover the prescription if it was delivered to my house and not the doctor's office. Told caremark that makes no sense because my insurance already approved home health care for the nurse to come give me the shot at my house. Called my insurance company and she called caremark directly and told them the medicine was covered and to swnd it to my house. Called caremark back and was told my insurance rep never said they would pay for it if it was shipped to my house. Also they did not have my address right even after I confirmed it with them every time I called in. My insurance rep called back in and approved the medication and having it shipped to the house. Was told I would receive it Wed. Today is Wed so I called back in to verify the medicine would be delivered today. Was told that it was going to my doctors office and they would receive it Thursday. This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. In the begining I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe my insurance was being difficult but after multiple calls and being told different excuses every time I have no doubt this company is trash. My medication is to ensure I don't have my baby preterm I can only image how difficult it is for someone who depends on their medication to live. I will avoid this company like the plague.
