Ash Wright Photography

I need to give this bad review for Ashley Wright Photography. I secured services for Ashley to do headshot for a group of 25 I was organizing coming to Nashville last October. We communicated often and I fully paid for headshots. Due to COVID my client decided to postpone the event until May of this year. I immediately reached out to Ashley to let him know and to move our date and payment. From that moment it has been "crickets". I totally feel that I have been ghosted. I understand if there are penalties or cxl fees. But I cannot even get a response to confirm services for May at this point. I have emailed and left numerous voice mail messages. I will move on and hire a new photographer. I just hope that the $1,400 received was worth this bad review and losing future business!

Ash went above and beyond for our team. He worked with venue staff to find a location upgrade for our shoot, and was personable with our employees. It was a memorable experience, and we would work with him again!

Ash was great from start to finish. The photos turned out exactly as I wanted on a tight timeline. He was quick to respond and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend.

My headshots turned out beautifully but then Ash went MIA. I have emailed, text, and called in an effort to get my final photos. All of this over a span of a few months. Months ago there was a response that he was working on them that weekend. Then radio silence. I have never had such a horrible experience. I never received my final photos and Im out the money I spent for the photos and for having my hair done for the photos. Very disappointed.
