Impact Physical Therapy

Review is overdue but first experience from surgery was pretty positive. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable therapists. Flash forward a couple years later post second surgery (not that long ago), and the main therapist (co-owner) working on me tried to engage me politically when he was clearly annoyed about a news station on TV. He quickly told the staff to change the channel and he seemed more concerned about that and speaking politics than he did with my overall well-being. THEN he clearly misdiagnosed what was going on with my arm/wrist as I went to two other doctors to confirm. I obviously have never been back.

I loved impact physical therapy they were very nice very hard-working experienced people who got me well quicker than I thought.

I didn't feel like a number here. They customized my therapy to my needs and seemed to really care about my progress and how I was feeling. They have also treated both of my elderly parents, my son and my husband. If you are looking for a personalized therapy experience, this is a great place to land.
