Fox Moving and Storage

I hardly ever do reviews, so bare with me here, but the gentleman that came to move our apartment yesterday morning were very polite and helpful throughout the entire process. Javon and the gentlemen that helped us were so very professional and quick. Everything went great!! I would 100% recommend this company and plan on calling them again when we move to the next place! If Javon's team sees this, thank you so so very much!

Mike's crew was the best. They were professional, efficient and knowledgeable. My packing and moving process was easier because of them. They also got all the furniture put back together - including the baby grand piano. I also need to mention They packed and moved my dollhouses. Thank you for a job well done.

The worst and most expensive moving company I have used in 3 local Nashville moves. The team showed up with two people when we were told 3 would be loading the truck. The two people were frustrated and rushing to get done as quick as possible. I watched our furniture literally being flipped down the stairs. When we received our furniture after storing, we received beat up furniture and broken TVs. The only reason I would give 1-star is the team that delivered was excellent and communicated the TV damage, along with a dirty mattress. All our bedroom furniture is chipped and dinged. The company has yet to contact me regarding the damages and has made me reach out in order to gather any information. If having to decide a company 10/10 recommend Motivated Movers; immediately regretted not using them. If youre in doubt regarding this company, please go read other 1 star reviews and how they pass blame onto their customers. ** update** After nearly two months of not having two TVs, we still havent received communication from Fox Moving on our claim. Terrible company, much better options out there at a much better price point. Wish I could give 0 stars. **update** it has been 5 months since Fox Moving ruined 2 TVs plus majority of our bedroom furniture and have yet to receive any reimbursement or anything else they promised. Joke of a company. Use anyone else.
