AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company has the worst customer service, ever. They are not professional - basically, crooks. They sent 2 guys to move me, one of which was probably on hard drugs and another guy who was not trained to move furniture. It took 10+ hours to move me out of a two bedroom apartment, and they did $4000 dollars worth of damage to the apartment during the moving process. That does not include the $10,000 worth of damage to my furniture. When they do damage your furniture, they will refuse to be responsible and block your number if you try and contact them. I wouldn't recommend them to move a bag of trash. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE - DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Services: Out-of-county removals, Oversized item removals

Hired them based on a BBB rating. Was quoted for 2 guys and the truck. On the morning of the move, I had to call to find out where they were as they hadn't arrived at the agreed time. Was told because of the threat of rain he would send 3 guys. No mention of a change in price. Two guys show up, they got lost; third guy shows up an hour later, he went to the delivery address. They wrapped only 1 piece of furniture, but charged me for the entire roll of wrap. They broke my sofa, broke plastic off my treadmill, forgot 2 of my items on the truck scratched a piece of artwork and charged me for for 3 movers. Multiple calls to the owner, got one call from him saying they weren't responsible for the damage since I packed my own items and they don't consider art a piece of furniture that they would have wrapped. He insinuated that I had to come to the office to get the items left on the truck. At his request I sent an email with pictures of all the damage, 3 weeks have gone by without a response. I filed a complaint with BBB.

I hired this company to move my office on April 2nd. I have had plenty of experience with moving companies. This company was excellent! They showed up on time. Worked extremely hard. Were completely professional and I was really impressed. I hired them again 4 weeks later to move stuff from my storage unit into the office. Once again they were timely, hard working, and professional. They also have a great price. I would highly highly recommend this company.
