Quality of service declined with new management. Prior to the change my experience was great. Now there is poor maintenance of the gym, lack of response to phone calls/emails, etc.

after looking at ALL the complex around Bellevue we feel that Avana Lexington might be the place for us
Ariel gave us a very nice tour and was very welcoming
we gave 4 stars and not 5 because it took them a bit too long to contact us
we'll keep updating after we move in:)

My partner and I were in the area looking at apartments and Avana Lexington was above expectations! Ariel was incredible - she answered all of our questions, brought us through multiple model apartments to see floor layouts, and was so kind and pleasant to meet with. She gave us so much helpful information and worked with us to try and find the best floor plan and move-in options to fit our budget and timeline. If youre going to check this complex out, definitely request her for your tour!

Just applied to the Lexington and Ariel so extremely helpful. She let me sit with her for probably over an hour answering so many questions and helping me with the application. She was wonderful!
