Taco Mama - Hillsboro Village

Tried The Sizzler taco dinner and it was fantastic. Super helpful staff and very friendly. We will be back for sure.

I don't really like to leave negative reviews, and truly the staff was kind and wonderful to interact with. But, the food was pretty terrible. I had a taco bowl- the lettuce was almost completely mush, and the entire dish was room temperature when it was brought to the table (the tomatoes, lettuce mush, meat, rice, and all). It had the "I've been sitting unrefrigerated for hours" taste and accompanying stomach grumble. I didn't really care to finish and ended up tossing it and leaving (I figured maybe it just wasn't my cup of tea; no need to raise a fuss). However, less than an hour later I vomited. I'm hoping this was just one bad dish, but I don't think I'll be going back. That being said, my partner said his food was pretty so-so. He had an upset stomach for an hour or so, but nothing more.

It was quick nothing special overpriced for what it was just pick up some Ol El Paso on your way past the grocery store.
