we have been trying to get a functional wheelchair for my husband for nearly a year. when they finally submitted the claim to medicare it was denied twice due to improper documentation. they are poor at maintaining contact with us in regards to the progress. they seem oblivious to the necessity of the wheelchair for my husband's quality of life. i am extremely frustrated and angry that they are so cavalier about the whole predicament they have placed us in. if you have a choice i strongly recommend you use a different vendor for medical equipment. wish i had realized how totally incompetent they were a year ago...
