Place doesn’t exist!!!! Don’t waste your time!!!!

My grandfather had a surgery and on the discharge day we were waiting to get a pump and they first told us it would get here around 1, then they changed it to 3 or 4 but then at 7 we had to call them and try to track down the driver that still had not arrived with the pump (something we have to have in order to be discharged). Once we finally got the pump here, the representative said he wasn't notified of the delivery until 4:30. We still had a three hour drive back home, but obviously lincare doesn't care about how their delays affect their customers. I am highly disappointed by this kind of behavior and expect much more professional timeliness by a company that supplies such important supplies for surgery patients.
