I have been chronic pain patient for fifteen years.I have seen a lot of Doctors.DR Molette falls in line with the best I have seen.He is very thorough with his work up and has helped me mentally as well dealing with pain problems.Diani,office manager is great at her job as well.His staff is getting so much better as they continues to bring in better people as he grows.I respect and thank him for helping so many people in so many different areas;it's amazing how they can be there for us.It is difficult at times to connect with the office for this reason but you need to understand why.When you are new, you have to get use to computerization,I call it,but again ;only way to keep track of all they do and places they go.I thank the whole team for what they do and hope to see the day all is fine tuned and I can give a 5 star.HE is very good at what he does and knows.

My husband waited almost 2 months for an appointment with this joke of a "doctor". We arrived early and were told to sit down and wait. Everyone in the waiting was complaining about staff rudeness and length of wait. Our appointment was for 12:45. At 5:30 - yes, 5 Hours Later - my husband had enough and left. 3 other patients were taken in for their appointments before us - which would have meant waiting another 1-1/2 hours. They were scheduled for 2:00. Deciding to make his opinion known, he took a note and handed it to the doctor. At this point he was CHEST BUTTED and the doctor told him he ran his practice the way he wanted to. This "doctor" is the most unprofessional person we have had the misfortune to deal with here in Tenn. (Two of the patients taken in before us were diabetics and were needing to eat. Everyone had been told that if they left and happened to be called they would not be seen at all when they returned. ) RUN - AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME THIS ****** !!!!!

when seeing Dr. Molette it was a great relief, I had to go to the pen for 5 years and upon release he said he would see me. The morning of the appointment on my way down to his office they called and cancelled telling me he would not see me due to my criminal past. I always done what he ask and never had a problem. I have the same record as when he was seeing me then.Now I have asked for my medical records for weeks so my new Dr. can review them and cant get them.I was a patient for 7 years.I had that appointment for over 3 weeks,and they wait till on my way down there that morning to cancel.I dont know about you but I see it as being discriminative and unprofessional.As a Dr. he is great but everything else, well make an appointment and you will see,(GOOD LUCK)you will need it!!!
