I worked here for 3 1/2 years and would still be there if I had not moved out of the area. Overall I love the people and especially the supervisor that I served under. She was a super busy lady; but always took the time to help when needed. The pay is above average and excellent benefits. I enjoyed working Monday - Friday, with paid holidays. Would apply again if I moved back to Nashville.

I had the pleasure of working with a great team not once but twice in the pass years. this place is an amazing company to work for. the Owner and the upper management team is amazing as well. not once did I have a problem with being herd or felt like I was disrespected by any one that I worked with. If giving the chance to even work part time I would go back in a heartbeat. keep up the great Job Solutions!!!

Every place of employment has its upsides and down sides. This place needs a new supervisor and co owner. The supervisor is very rude and disrespectful on a daily. You ask a question or anything or ask her for help she huffs, puffs, and gets attitude with you. She does not train you like the co owner thinks she does. You sink or swim. The co owner is the same way. She’s rude and disrespectful as well. You have no HR to go to when you are having issues and if you do direct the issues your fired so if you want to keep your job keep your mouth shut and if you want to get fired then have a conversation with the co owner about how the supervisor does her staff. Mainly the issues come from the supervisor ask any employee that works there. The supervisor is the issue. One more thing if you want your benefits you better ask for them a lot until you get the paperwork cause if you don’t you’ll be told you opted out even though you did not sign anything opting out and even then good luck. The supervisor likes to lie to cover up her on mistakes within the company. Good luck if you get employees here....
