This is a top notch company that cares about their customers and their fellow dog companions. I purchased the G1 Large Kennel, Chew Kit Accessories and orthopedic pad in anticipation of our new Giant Schnauzer puppy's arrival. I wanted the very best for him and was excited about this purchase. We had a temporary wire crate for him until he grew into this. Shortly after his arrival to us we unfortunately soon found out that my spouse was allergic to the pup and were forced to find him a new home. This caused us great heart ache and financial loss for everything we had purchased for him. Gunner Kennel worked with me on the return of the un used merchandise with care and compassion.
Sometimes its not all about money. Thank you Gunner Kennel for making a hard decision and loss a bit easier on us.

Best kennels by far! These things are super thick and durable! They are no doubt more than a $60 kennel at walmart but considering I have several thousand invested in my dog...and that she is part of my family it's a small price to pay. Besides, this thing is going to outlast both of us. Highly recommend!

Gunner Kennels has the best customer service! The problem I had is too long to type but they were amazing with the help they provided! I have contacted them since regarding some parts I lost to the fan and they were amazing the second time around. Awesome people and kennels!
