This place has phenomenal energy! I hadn't been physically active consistently and here I am 1 month in...I STILL feel super pumped everytime I walk thru these doors. The Team is Amazing, Motivating and Kind! I love that they also focus on your mind-set and give you challenges along the way of your own personal journey. It doesn't matter if you have never kick boxed before...you build your own pace, being mentored along the way. I could go on and on but I think you can get the idea this place is Awesome...but YES try this out for yourself!

I have been a member of many gyms and done a lot of different workouts. This facility and the team that works there has been the best. They have helped me in adjusting my diet and driven me in my workouts beyond where I have been in the past. I have lost 44lbs in 8 months and am working on the next 50. You can't beat the FitFam mentality of the members and staff.
