The "recruiter" was an ABSOLUTE jerk! He was very condescending and not helpful at all! Unfortunately after speaking with him I will not continue looking into ITT Tech.

I went to ITT in Phoenix 20 years ago and finished with my Associates. While having success with that school, I chose to go back to finish my Bachelors in 2014 here in Nashville. So far this school has been a joke. The Network system is horrible here and when asked about fixing the problem was told by the Dean its not in my hands to fix (Politics answer). When a person pays 22k for a school that is supposed to be computer savvy, It makes you wonder? Not to mention I have had 2 classes that the instructor didn't even show up. There excuse, "It was a miscommunication." But I drove and hour to school for that both times, don't see a credit for those classes.The Financial department is no better. When I talked to the Dean about taking a semester off due to personal reasons. I was told It wouldn't be a problem and there were no penalties for dropping and coming back. I turned in the free laptop( Horrible by the way.) and Was smart enough to get a receipt.  When I returned I was told I owed $3500 to re-enroll. And $1500 for a laptop I returned. Without that receipt I would of had to pay it. When I asked the Financial Department why this happened I got an answer of I should have been told this when I left , and the Dean was wrong. They finally fixed it after a conversation and a signed paper from the dean. But come on. Oh yeah how they fixed it. Finish the next quarter and get good grades and we will not charge you. They had already charged the student loan and couldn't reverse the charges. I had to go in good faith to finish the quarter.Not to mention I needed them to write a letter to take it off my credit. 9 weeks I was off and they put a mark on my Credit report. Which I made them take off and got a letter and email and conversations recorded to do so.  You don't get text books anymore, which in Project Management are important for referencing. You get E-books. And most of the time I couldn't even access them, was told there is a glitch in the system and it was being worked on. I finally had enough and switched to Online. The classes are OK there but, you really have to put in the work. In my opinion and many others I have talked to this campus needs a pretty big overhaul.  I am not or ever have been a quitter. I wanted the degree from the beginning and am 2 semesters from completing it. All online. But save your money, do research and go to a school that can take care of the problems that come up. Not become a game of politics. I have managed businesses for 25 years. Perhaps this institution should work more on believing in the people that have made them successful in the first place. Extremely Disappointed!

Select Instructors actually knew what was being taught as well as actually teaching what we really needed to know. The programs were out of date so badly that we had to get free trials of the newer stuff just to learn what we would really use. The books were then thrown out simply because they would not work with the newer program. They also got rid of the degree I was going for just before I was able to graduate. I only had 1 class remaining.
