It was good other then only 2 elevators working so it was a very long wait time and first thing in the morning we told room service we would be just a little bit longer and then they never came back and left us with no toilet paper.

Location is great, bed was fairly comfortable, food at the library bar was pretty good, and the updates are looking nice. But like everyone else is saying there are a ton of issues. Sometimes long waits for the elevator, super loud construction very early in the morning and then all day long, I could clearly hear people in the lobby and on the street outside, no refrigerators, room phone didn't work, and the weakest shower I've ever had in my life.

Elevators were horrible in the morning.There was like one up in the morning you had to get on one because the next one will be there in like twenty to thirty minutes. They kept saying they were working on them only two were working at night.Had to have a big family join my family and some other people with us in the elevators like about five or six people. Some of my family had a week without a television.Like what the hell. We left today thank goodness we did not die in that elevator with everyone in. PERIOD!!

As all the other reviews have stated, this hotel is undergoing serious renovation. It may be a nice place when all is said and done. I am a Platinum Elite, and received no advance notice of construction. Each morning, only one elevator was functional for a 25 floor hotel. Wait was approximately 20 minutes to get an elevator. Valet parking is $62 per night, and is the only option. The first morning I was awakened by a call from the hotel informing me my car had been broken in to. The car had minor damage. They told me they would comp the valet fee for the entire stay. They did not deliver on that promise, although they did comp one day. The service at this hotel was below average. Not a good experience. I would Recommend you choose another hotel.
