TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center

They charged me $700 even though I refused medical care and was only inside the building for ten minutes at most. I came here with a really bad headache, struggling to speak and numbness. They took my vitals and then asked me to wait in the loud crowded waiting room that was very bright. I decided to leave hoping that it was just a migraine and would go away. They got me to sign a waiver and then later charged me $700 just for triaging me, since they did not provide me with any medical services. I do not recommend people coming here. The hospital staff seem to not care about their patients at all. I have been here multiple time with other patients and the staff is rude and disrespectful towards their patients.

Today was the worst I've ever experienced coming to this hospital the triage nurse I didn't get her name was the rudest blonde young woman I've ever met I didn't stay I left because she lied and said they didn't have any rooms and I came by ambulance and saw 6 empty rooms. No one likes coming to the hospital sick and having to wait because it was more important for her to go to lunch then find rooms. Don't go here go anywhere else

I would have given 5 star but unfortunately, There was 1 bad seed that drug down the overall score. Nurse Liz and most of the staff were exceptionally attentive and professional. Dr Gupta is arrogant and rude. He made me feel like I was an interruption in his day for asking questions about my mom's progress. He literally yelled at me. If you go to this hospital, try to avoid having Dr Gupta because you would be in for a bad experience.
