Had 2 home inspections done by Kyle. Very knowledgeable and professional. We are out of state buyers and I trust that he holds the standard for home inspections. Very timely and quick to right a wrong if something is his or his companies fault.

The inspection was helpful and informative and the inspector answered my questions and offered tips along the way. We had an issue coordinating inspection of the roof exterior due to recent freezing rain leaving ice on the roof. However they did come through for me and finished off the inspection later. We got the final report quickly and in the timeline we needed. It was well organized and easy to read.

I just got off the phone with Carl, who helped me understand if getting a home inspection test is the right thing for me or not. He spent 20 minutes on the phone with me offering advice, patience, education, and understanding of my situation. He didn't try to sell me anything - he tried to help me make the best decision for my situation based on the information that I provided. I am so glad I called and received his expertise advice. If I do decide to get a home inspection - I will be calling him for sure.
