The only reason why I gave them a one because it was the lowest number on here if my dog needed. This service I wouldn't choose this service they are beyond the worst they need to be shut down and never ever open up again ever

I was doubled charged due to an insurance error. I foolishly paid my invoices because I'm a good person that pays my bills. I was told I would receive a refund but after two years and multiple phone calls where I have to explain my situation ALL OVER AGAIN, I haven't seen a dime. Stay away from this business at any cost. They should be shut down and thrown in jail for the money they've stolen from countless people.

Bad customer service. They don't know the equipment. 2nd call for a fix in 5 days. They don't listen and don't know there equipment capabilities.

There should be an option for ZERO stars. I've gotten surprise debits to my checking account 3 times now after having repeatedly told them to delete my credit card information and bill me by mail. This time it happened when I had 73 dollars left in my account. Unfortunately, I don't have another service available to me, so i have to keep using them. If you have the option of using someone else, I highly recommend it. UPDATE: I've had good service since I decided to simply let them keep my CC info on file. That was the only problem I ever had with them. I'll give them 3 stars now...

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. The billing department is unhelpful, they don't read or follow their own notes in their system and seem to go out of their way to make it more difficult for patients to pay (like they don't have enough to worry about). In my 10 years of working in healthcare, I have NEVER experienced such horrible business practices. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
