Went in to discuss possible closet renovation and there where 3 employees discussing their sales targets but none seemed interested in talking to me so after a short wait I left. Maybe this is why you are having trouble meeting your numbers.

Went yesterday (Sunday May 15th) to purchase some items, we were browsing for about five minutes at the front area before check out, after that time a person went to check out and the cashiers told them they could not check them out and that their system was down and since it was 2 minutes before closing they would not be able to check people out if they wanted to return next day they could separate the items for them, I asked if it was possible to pay with cash to which she said no, ok. We left a note with the items and our name to return next day. We returned today (May 16th) to purchase the items, as soon as we walk in, Cindy (one of the cashiers) said okay, they grabbed the items basically as we enter the store, we walked towards the register, while I was telling my husband we should probably not get one of those items, Cindy asked (in a very rude way and tone) are you guys ready? her overall attitude was really bad, when my husband told her that we would not get the item that I was holding on my hands, she snatched it from my hands and threw it behind her, she said OK, and started the check out process, there was no hello, nothing and a really rude attitude from Cindy, not only from today but the day before, only because my husband wanted the items, otherwise I would have not purchased anything. Just in case you think they were really busy, no one was in the store, so the rush to check us out was even more ridiculous and annoying since we had to make a double trip.
