        What I enjoy most about 9Round, there are a number of things I love about being a memeber of 9Round. 1. I love that there is no class time. 2. A full body workout is 30 mins, I do not have time to look at the clock because it is so quick. Every round is something new and challenging. 3. I love Marshall and his staff. Marshall’s energy day in and day out amazes me. He is always positive, and pushes you to work harder. Mike, and Kelly fall right in place under Marshall’s leadership!
