This was a great gym in the past. Now under new management the gym is nasty and 1 out of 4 treadmills works the other 3 have been broken down for months, not days not weeks but months. The pull down machine recently broke down and the flat screen over the dumbbells powers in but doesn't show pictures. Time to move on to better things.

Terrible customer service. Equipment, restroom and facility is never cleaned and if broken not replaced. I tried to cancel my membership but no one was ever available to assist me. No one ever answers emails, telephones or returns calls. However, they continued to charge me a membership fee after having sent an email request to cancel. I eventually had to take off work early one day to meet someone at the facility. They agreed to refund me two months but I was only reimbursed for one month and this took several days. I have sent them many emails and called corporate office and once again have received no response. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!! They claim to be transitioning to new management. Even if this were the case a good company would be better organized and equipped to handle a situation like this. Furthermore, they would be clean!

I just joined knowing the new owners track record with fitness centers. I've been keeping an eye on this place over the last few months and noticed the serious improvements he has made to the facility. After learning that he ordered a Move Strong Multi Functional Training Machine in a gym that is close to my house I immediately signed up. I know from a strong background in the fitness community that this gym definitely is the best bang for my buck. $15 a month and no commitment is a no brainer for me. Come check out the gym first hand and see what I'm talking about! You will be met with a knowledgeable staff and be blown away by the experience.

I have been a Y member for the last 12 years and was looking for something open later hours and more affordable. I was so impressed with all the improvements at Snap since it has been under new ownership. I finally found a place that meets all my needs! I highly recommend this gym to anyone, you will not be disappointed.
