Desjuan was super helpful, and so quick to respond. A brand new washer I had just purchased was a lemon and flooded my downstairs. He was friendly and empathetic, his team got to work to remove all damaged flooring and baseboards. Excellent communication made it super convenient to come back and check on equipment around my working hours. Almost completely dried out now thanks to your guys, thought your company should know what an asset he is! Service: Water damage cleanup

Apparently servpro blocked negative reviews so I’ll try with three stars. I needed services, from the recent storm damage, and multiple people kept telling me different answers. They did not have their act together, the first gentleman, Tom, that came out, about the roofing had misunderstood me, saying I was angry and said I should find someone else then and left. The nice lady at the office, Marianne, helped me finally find someone to come out, but before that some other gentleman, Kevin called to say no one was coming after all and it's just due to everyone being booked. Someone finally figured it out, but I was told I would be on the top of the list and was not happy with how they handled everything
