I hired Borntrager Homes for a front porch remodel. They were recommended by a neighbor. Michael Curtis was my project manager, and from the very beginning, he kept me informed on the status of my job. The contract to begin the work was fair, and easily understood. As the project progressed, there were delays due to weather. I was kept informed of the delays, and all expectations were met.There was one small error that occurred when the wrong rails were installed. I called Michael and told him that the wrong rails had been installed, and he immediately made arrangements to have it fixed that same week. I really appreciate that when accidents happen, steps are made to correct the mistake rather than start pointing fingers. I would highly recommend Borntrager Homes to anyone that asks. I felt like I was treated fairly and honestly.Heather Goodman
