His products are top of the line, complete with flexible scheduling. He works with you on various options, suggestions, and always communicates with you to ensure he exceeds your expectations. Will definitely continue using.

We used Backyard Bounce for a party and were thrilled with the experience. The obstacle course and slide were great and the customer service was amazing. We will be renting from them for all of our future parties.

This was by far the best experience ever, & highly recommended. I literally last minute wanted to book a bounce house for my daughter party and the website did not allow me to make a reservation seeing I needed a bouncy house the day before I was calling around and they request at least 3 days in advance to plan ahead. But, that didnt stop this company from fulfilling my request. I called the company number and had no trouble speaking with Michael. He literally had me added to his busy schedule delivered my bounce house 2 hours later for my event. Took him about 30 minutes to set up and take care of everything, pick up was quick he informed me of eta for pick up , I didnt even know he had come and gone. This is fast friendly service I highly recommend just dont be like me book in advance
