        I have used RAC for years for various products from Nebraska to Tennessee and have had no issues. However, we are expecting a baby any day now and our priorities have been a little backwards due to getting prepared for the arrival. Here, on the due date we would get 3 calls just to remind us. We were LESS than one week late on a payment and RAC showed up at our home TWICE that week. We always pay on time and would never not make our payment, but felt harrassed!! We chose to end our agreement and buy somewhere else due to this. Sometimes life happens and a payment is late, just like with any bill that is due. It was just too much to worry about.
