We are very happy with their service. The Center for Spiritual Living Nashville has been ordering planter basket arrangements from Blooming Boutique every other week for more than 6 years, and we have always been pleased. Excellent service, beautiful arrangements, and on time delivery!

We purchased a spray bouquet with red, yellow, white, and purple flowers. We told the florist to use roses, orchids, white carnations, as well as purple accent pieces. Also included was supposed to be a big yellow bow to tie it off. Instead what we got was a pitiful excuse for a bouquet. It contained daisies and cheap lilies with a tiny bow I could have purchased at the Dollar General Store. We payed $150.00 and got trash for a bouquet that could have been done by a third grader. This was supposed to be for our good friend's funeral arrangement, and we were heavily disappointed. Lesson learned, just go to Kroger and do it yourself, what a waste of money!

I didnt get what I ordered. the owner Russell did not respond to any of my complaints . flowers looked a week old when they were delivered !! Not happy at all !! Please don't bother with this flower shop !!! THEY SUCK!!!

My husband sent me flowers from this place. The flowers on the website were stunning! They looked amazing! UNTIL.. I got my delivery... The roses in my arrangement look like I got the last of what was picked over. They are bruised, ripped, already dying, and even look like they have some mold along the edges as well as browning. The arrangement is terrible. It looks like they just jammed the flowers in the vase.. With no balance. It you look at it from a different angle, it looks like it could tip over. It looks like they were in a hurry when they put it together. I think being a florist takes talent and is like artwork, not everyone can do it, and apparently this florist lacks the talent. Very disappointing after looking at their website. It's possible that they had an "off" day, but after reading the other reviews it looks like it's always an off day. We won't be ordering from here anymore. Which is too bad, because I get a lot of flowers :)
