Yum food ( I had the beef special which included 3 side veggies). Nice staff (difficult to understand a couple but friendly), quick turnaround on orders (see above plus a veggie plate to-go). Small parking lot and tiny interior (glad I didn't come when it was busy). A little under-developed (euphemism for dumpy; could benefit from super simple makeover). A little on the expensive side.

Hands down, the best, most authentic Ethiopian food I’ve had outside of Ethiopia. The owner, Zee (short for her Ethiopian name) is warm and welcoming. Food is incredible. The dining experience is a little quirky, but in the best way. The location is a bit hard to spot and the surrounding area is “lively”. There’s not really a menu. You can tell her if you want veggies or meat (or both) and she’ll bring the food out. If she offers you coffee, take her up on it. Coffee and the process of making/serving it are key parts of Ethiopian culture and hospitality. Per usual, Ethiopian food is eaten with the hands, using injera to scoop up the food. (But Zee is happy to bring utensils) As long as your up for an adventure and not expecting a cookie-cutter chain restaurant experience, you’ll be rewarded with one of the best meals ever.
