The Dapper Doughnut

Stopped by and customer service non existent. Girl behind counter just looked at me. Didn't offer to help or suggest products, just looked at me. so I moved own.

I don’t think I have ever experienced worse customer service. I was told the man I was dealing with was the owner. He was a big muscular guy. He was extremely rude and looked at me like he did not understand what I was saying to him. The doughnuts I was given were cold and they were smothered in toppings. I requested new doughnuts and I was told I would have to pay for them. I showed this man that I was not given what I paid for the first time. He continued to try to sell me more flavors to try. No matter how many times I explained what I wanted he simply did not understand. He then tried to get me to join a fitness facility.

Terrible customer service from the owner. I typically enjoy every experience here but he did not care about what the customers wanted, and the doughnuts were beyond tiny. They resembled doughnut holes

This is a small kiosk in the mall. The donuts are tiny. I have had other mini donuts but none as tiny as these. The donuts are all the same and they just put different toppings are them. Pricey for what you get.

I will never spend money here again. I ordered birthday cake doughnuts and the recipe was changed from times I have ordered previously. I told them I did not want chocolate and the owner attempted to get me to buy more instead of correctly exchanging them. The tall, white, muscular man was extremely rude.
