I am a small business owner and I have been fortunate with my receivables. Yet rarely, someone may not want to pay for services we have provided. We used Affiliated Creditors Inc (ACI) to obtain overdue invoices for us. I have probably only had to use ACI twice and both times they have been successfull in getting the money that was owed us. I appreciate their services very much.

They falsely claimed my Doctor's billing company sent me to collections for bills I had already paid. I verified with the billing company that I should not owe collections anything. When I called back to provide this information the operator told me it was my job to fix this, and then she hung up on me.
