36 dollar order, 1st delivery time 25 mins, ok I'll wait for convenience, order time changed, 1hr 40 mins later, tried to cancel and wanted to charge 26 dollars... what a joke, never will use this again

Do not use! I never received my food and got changed! Theres no customer service phone number all you can do is email and they said they could not help me! Can someone please get this company shut down?!? I never right google reviews but I want this company shut down, its a scam!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . If your restaurant of choice doesn't offer an alternative pick another restaurant. Last night I was tricked into ordering thru the app for a PICK UP! The way it comes up on line you think you are ordering with the restaurant for say a pick up BUT, instead the charge goes thru post mates and you pay 17% more for NO SERVICE. In my case I was ordering from Boom Bazz. They have their own system to take orders for pick up or curbside but google/Postmates has an had what is a fraudulant charge. Try contacting them. yesterday my chat buddy said tough try tomorrow when the charge hits. today i cannot contact them.

I got 2 of the 5 items I ordered and one wasnt even the right sandwich. I didnt realize Postmates was through Uber, or Id have never even bothered. I have ordered via Uber eats twice and never received either order even though I was charged.
