DoorDash Driver Support Center

I would give less than one star if possible. I didn't have my phone available and was watching the tracker for delivery. As soon as it said it arrived I went to the front entrance of my office building and no one was there. I waited...no one showed up. There was a car way out in the road, not the parking lot, with a guy on his phone that never looked over at the door. No idea if it was him or not. That guy left and no one ever came up to the building while I waited. Came back to my office and it said my order was successfully delivered! What?? I messaged with an agent who said driver tried to text me, but couldn't find the building because it didn't have a suite number. Seriously? How would he know there are even suites if he didn't come in the building? They tried to get me to take doordash credits...umm no. I will NOT use this company again.

So I ordered little ceasers through door dash and the restaurant messed my order up. They put sauce on two of my pizzas my child and I are allergic to tomatoes. My husband has my car at work so I have no transportation. The restaurant said call door dash and door dash tells me there is nothing they can do . The restaurant won't even refund my money until tomorrow because I used a credit card and can only give me cash my son and I don't have our pizzas. Considering the delivery fee and tip I paid for door dash between them and the restaurant could have figured something out. These two companies needs a plan for when these things happen.

DoorDash delivered a pizza to our business, and their driver slammed us with a 1-star review on Google while she was there. I clicked to view her other reviews, and it appears that she frequently leaves 1-star reviews for restaurants and other businesses she visits while working for DoorDash. Be very careful if you choose to interact with this company.

I have been using Doordash for years. I was even a Dasher for a while. Recently, I have been having problems getting my food delivered correctly. I was tracking my delivery, and I put directions for the Dasher to call me upon arrival. Then, it said my order was delivered and I never got it. I believe my food is being stolen. This happened THREE DIFFERENT TIMES!! I even confirmed with the restaurants that my food was picked up. I reached out to the support and they gave me dash credits the first 2 times but refused to give me my money back the last time. I will no longer be using Doordash.
