    I work at the one in Dyersburg,TN.We make Air Springs/Shocks.I have been a employee there for almost two years.It has been great working from the floor as production and moving up without a pay increase.Started from production to assembly,to press,to furnaces back and front to Crimper and then Shipping and Receiving.Well I got Covid and was in the hospital when I got fired.Very unprofessional and not so much family oriented.Im losing everything now not over Covid but this place .I have all medical documentation but I'm fired.I was sick in the hospital with Covid.Doctors said I can't go to work until the date of release.Getting a lawyer.

    My vehicle was damaged by Tires Plus (Store# 239629) in October in 2021. Management was extremely apologetic and helpful and I was more than understanding of the incident that caused damage to my vehicle. After finally receiving estimates I was contacted by Cassandra Parker via email and phone stating that I would receive a payment for a rental and damage to my vehicle, approximately January 2022. Being that most collision repair establishments are severely behind, I was added to the appointment list. Needless to say, additional repairs are needed. The assigned claims specialist at the collision repair establishment has tried tirelessly to contact Ms. Parker and she has not responded. I have also reached out and have not received any correspondence. Since she has not responded, I am being asked to either pay a storage fee since my vehicle has been there for an extended period of time or they can reassemble my vehicle without all of the repairs and I retrieve it. HORRIBLE!

    I stopped to make an appointment for oil change. The appointment was scheduled the next week. Manager didn't ask my phone number, which was weird for me. I have a fleet van, and I work for a company. Always used to be loyal to Georgetown location, but we moved so I asked this shop for a service. When I arrived at the day I was schy, the same manager told me that he doesn't see my name. So I asked what should I do? The answer was to go anywhere I want. In my request to call another nearest location, and ask to do a service was strongly denied. So I became angry. I went to the Hutto shop. Asked for oil change, and inspection. I also explained what happened with another location, and they said I can leave van for weekend. The next Monday I should pick up the van. Surprisingly, I was told there was no oil in a van, and van needs to be towed. They didn't do anything, just charged my company. I went to a local trusted shop. They did diagnostic and changed oil. Old oil was in a van. P.s. I waited for a month, to see if there was anything wrong with a van. The next time your service technician will ask were is customers, ask you manager. Horrible service and I am sure that manager should be simply fired.

    I Drove my BMW to Firestone Auto Care for an oil change on 2021 Jun 10. They spent almost 3 hours of oil change work, my car doesnt move anymore than 10 miles per Hour. They tried to fix it but they couldnt, they broke oil filter housing ( I didnt know at that time) They said their insurance will take care of this, and filed the claim. Which is Bridgestone Americas Coporate Headquaters I took my car to BMW dealer nearby, and repair cost me $1583. Their claim ask me to not to fix it until the inspection, so I wait 8 days without a car. Then they deny the claim because the BMW dealer try to fix the problem. No.They didnt, Firestone auto care tried to fix what they broke. The name of claim specialist is Cassandra and John. Normal oil change will never take 3 Hours. They messed up and dont want to pay the repair. No answer, they are just ignoring the problem.
