I recently had an interaction with one of your employees at the Pensacola Airport on 6.9.23 @ 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, TSA had some issues and there was a crazy line of probably 400 prople. Your employee decided that he and his travel companion should skip ahead in the line... neat, huh? He was asked why he skipped in line and said that he had to catch his flight to Nashville @ 5:05, interestingly, my flight was at 4:59, but his was clearly more important. He was addressed again and asked to do the right thing by people in line and by the employees, but he couldn't be bothered. He was sporting your company backpack and when asked, hid it quickly. Please commend your employee on his spectacular honor and integrity.

Brasfield & Gorrie are completely remodeling our office complex in Maryland Farms. There is not a single aspect of this project that is not impressive. First of all, the men and women doing the work are without exception polite and friendly. Secondly, the quality of work being done is top notch, as if they were remodeling their own homes. No one seems to be in a hurry. Instead, they are thoroughly preparing the buildings before painting, sealing cracks and pressure washing and taping off things. They are painting with brushes and rollers! I can't believe it, but it comes out looking great. It really looks like the quality of work you'd expect if money was no object, but I'm sure they're sticking to a strict budget. I get to work very early, maybe 5:30, and many of the workers are already up on their lifts, working with lights on their hard hats to see by. I've never seen anything like it. They reserve the loudest work for before 8am so as not to disturb the office workers. You have a lot to be proud of, B&G!
